Ensor, Esq. formed Boardwalk Sports Management in 2023 following his retirement as Commissioner of the Metro Conference (formerly the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference) in June, 2023 after 35 years of service.

Live event and sports operations leader with extensive experience planning and executing major sporting events and championships across NCAA Division I and II athletics. Proven ability to manage complex event logistics, as well as coordinate venues, broadcast partners, corporate stakeholders, and teams to deliver seamless, high-quality fan and partner experiences. Experienced in fast-paced live sports environments and energized by bringing innovative event concepts to life through strong operational planning and on-site execution.
